Decatur IL – A man charged in an August 2011 shooting death made a plea deal with prosecutors.
In court Thursday, 22 year old, Corey Freeman pleaded guilty to second degree murder. In exchange for the plea, he was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Freeman was the target of a huge manhunt after he ran from police, following the August 2011 shooting death of 19 year old, Marvin Dickerson.
Freeman was arrested in Detroit, Michigan in July.
