UPDATE: Vermilion County Coroner Peggy Johnson reports she has identified the two bodies found near a vacant house in Hillery.

Johnson says the victims are identified as 28-year-old Zarra Strickland and 29-year-old Theodore Hill, both of Danville. The pair were discovered by a man renovating a house. It is possible they could have been there for several days before he found them.

According to the coroner, the preliminary autopsies reveal both Strickland and Hill suffered gunshot wounds. These deaths are still under investigation.
