MOWEAQUA, Ill. (WAND) --The Central A&M Raiders basketball team is picking up where it left off last year.

After finishing third in the 1A State final in 2019, the team is 12-2 in the early season.

The Raiders are doing it in a multitude of ways, not only are they outscoring their opponents by an average of 24 points per game they're also holding them to 35% shooting from the field.

The team says that it is more motivated to win this year than ever before.
