SPRINGFIELD — No injuries were reported Thursday afternoon after an RV caught fire in the 2700 block of North Dirksen Parkway.
Chief Allen Reyne with the Springfield Fire Department said firefighters were called to the scene at about 3:24 p.m.
Reyne said the RV was fully involved when they arrived, and a propane tank was on board in the vehicle's back area.
Firefighters had the flames under control in about 15 minutes.Â
