Charleston police investigating criminal sexual assault

DECATUR, Ill (WAND)- The twin sister of Sherry Lewis spoke out again at her frustration with her sister's killer still on the run.

The murder happened in August of 1994 during a Decatur Celebration weekend. Sherry Lewis was showing a house to someone at 1 o'clock when she was later found at that house dead, signs pointed to strangulation and Lewis being beat to death.

Terry Lewis Foor, Sherry's twin said, "its just something I will always miss for the rest of my life Sherry will always be missed and its just really sad the way she left, it was such a brutal murder."

To this day no one knows where the killer is. However, with a new incentive during the 2017 Celebration weekend there will be a $100,000 reward leading to the information and arrest of any of the cold cases. Sherry's, Caleb Witty and Timothy Norris.
