MATTOON, Ill. (WAND) - The Mattoon Police Department is trying to identify a man and a woman who were seen shopping at Walmart.
Police said they are investigating, "a matter that occurred at Wal-mart in Mattoon."
They need the public's help to identify a man and a woman.
