DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Happy tails is back! Every Wednesday, WAND will feature animals from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation (DMCASF).
This week, we're featuring Mara and Kitty.
Mara is a sweet girl who sometimes gets a little scared and is looking for an "emotional support human" to love her.
Kitty is about six years old and is a little shy at first, but very loving.
