CHARLESTON, IL- Charleston Police have arrested a man on burglary charges.
According to police, officers arrested Charles Stewart Jr., 45, Friday afternoon.
Police say they found Stewart inside the old Arkwright plant on North 5th Street just before 2 p.m.
Charleston Police have processed the crime scene and Stewart is currently being held at the Coles County Safety and Detention Center. Â
