Springfield IL – Three families are getting help from the Read Cross after two house fires damaged their homes last night in Springfield.       

 

A fire in the 28 hundred block of Taylor Avenue damaged a family's home, and then another fire damaged a home in the two thousand block of East Jackson Street.  

 

The Red Cross is now providing emergency financial help for food, clothing, and shelter.
