A woman accused in a drunk driving crash that killed two men in Decatur pleads guilty to those charges, and a previous DUI.

Twenty-two-year-old Eileen McMahon is accused in the crash that killed 24-year-olds Tony Samuelson and Matt Yelovich in November of 2008. An investigation showed McMahon was speeding on North Water Street in Decatur, lost control of her vehicle, and hit a house. Both men died on the scene. Another passenger was hurt.

McMahon entered guilty pleas today to two counts aggravated DUI linked to the fatal crash, and a misdemeanor DUI charge from the other incident.

"The sentencing range is anywhere from 6 to 28 years on aggravated DUI causing the death of two people. It is 1-12 years on aggravated DUI causing great bodily harm. It's also probationable," said Jay Scott, Assistant State's Attorney.

McMahon's sentencing hearing is set for August.
