Women's self defense class to be held in Decatur June 30th

Learning practical moves for self defense.

A special seminar is coming up to teach women how to protect themselves, like being aware of your surroundings and basic self defense moves. Decatur Police and Illinois State Police will show you how it's done. Representative Bob Flider, the Coalition of Neighborhood Organizations and the Decatur YMCA are putting on the women's self defense class.
