The Bears have played at Soldier Field for over 50 years. Indiana lawmakers are trying to attract the team with plans for a domed stadium in Hammond. Meanwhile, Illinois legislators are offering tax breaks to support a complex in Arlington Heights. The Bears have been in Illinois since their founding in 1920.
