Bears fans and mayors hoping to land megaprojects are anxiously waiting to see action on the Payment in Lieu of Taxes, or PILOT, bill with two weeks left in the theoretical fourth quarter. 

The White House said JB Pritzker and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson have blood on their hands, as the president claims they have stood idly by while innocent Americans have repeatedly fallen victim to violent crime.
