DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) –Sworn statements released Monday revealed more about what police say led to a 2-year-old's death in Decatur. 

EUREKA, Ill. (WAND) – Illinois State Police helped arrest a murder suspect believed to be responsible for a child's death.
