Six puppies in rural Washington have recovered after being treated for a suspected drug overdose, and now some might go home with the firehouse staff who saved them. Firefighters used naloxone, oxygen, and CPR to revive them on Sunday. It's believed the puppies either breathed or ate fentanyl. The puppies are expected to find new homes soon, with local residents eager to adopt them, including some of the fire department staff. Animal control officials are investigating possible cruelty or neglect. The puppies were dropped off by two people at a fire station in Gold Bar, Washington. They puppies have a clean bill of health but remain in quarantine. They're expected to be released to new homes.
