President Donald Trump said aircraft manufacturer Boeing has a deal to sell at least 200 planes to China. He told reporters about the sale on Air Force One on Friday as he flew back from a summit with China’s President Xi Jinping. Trump said the deal could expand to 750 planes. The order would represent Boeing’s first major sale to China in nearly a decade, a significant breakthrough for the plane maker in a market that was once central to its long-term growth. Trump said the deal would also benefit General Electric, which he said would supply at least 400 engines. The companies did not immediately comment on the deal.
