            The FBI has arrested an active-duty U.S. Marine it accused of kidnapping a 12-year-old girl in Indiana with the intent of sexually assaulting her. William Richard Roy was stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. He is accused of flying to Chicago last week, meeting the girl in a park, taking her to a hotel overnight, and then boarding a bus back to North Carolina. The FBI says it arrested Roy when he arrived in North Carolina on Sunday. The girl was safely recovered. Roy faces three charges related to enticing and transporting a minor across state lines for an illicit sexual act.
