Sunshine for the weekend

DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - High pressure has settled in overhead this weekend, and it brings another stretch of quiet weather.

We start the weekend cool this morning, warming up from the low 50s to the mid 80s under the sunshine this afternoon. Clear skies will remain tonight, leaving overnight lows in the upper 50s.

High pressure will remain in control throughout the weekend, meaning more sunshine, and increasing temperatures by the start of the work week. We'll be in the upper 80s between Sunday and Monday.
