CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) — The Carle Health Mobile Clinic will be offering back-to-school physicals and immunizations with a two-day event to help students start the school-year off healthier. 

The mobile clinic will offer its services Saturday, Aug. 29 and Sunday, Aug. 30 beginning at 9 a.m. at the Martens Center, 1515 N. Market St., in Champaign.

During this clinic many other community groups, including the Champaign County Public Health Department, will also be onsite helping provided resources to area families including but not limited to: required school physicals and sports physicals and immunizations; as well as access care for wellness assessments, basic laboratory testing and referrals to other medical and social services.

“We are bringing high-quality care and supportive services into the community directly where people live, work and play,” Kelly Parker, MSN, RN, director, Carle Health Mobile Services, said.
