DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Memorial Health is partnering with public libraries in Decatur, Lincoln, Jacksonville, Springfield, and Taylorville to provide free family mental health kits.
The kits include books about emotions and mental health, coloring pages, worksheets on breathing and grounding techniques, local support information and mental health resources. They are designed for those ages 3 and older and can be check out for a two-week period. Anyone in the community is allowed to check out a kit for free.
A library card is not required.
Kits are available at Decatur Public Library, 130 N. Franklin St.
