CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) — Parkland College and Southern Illinois University Carbondale have entered into a new transfer agreement.
This comes after Millikin University and Parkland College formed an agreement.
The agreement will allow students to earn bachelor's degrees remotely at SIUC and at a lower cost for certain programs.
Students in the program pay the college rate for the first two years, but in the following they will receive annual scholarships.
