DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Happy tails is back! Every Wednesday, WAND will feature animals from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation (DMCASF).
This week, we're featuring Buttercup and Parker.Â
Buttercup came to the shelter in April as a devoted mother of four. All of her babies have found homes, and now she is trying to follow their lead.Â
Parker is an eight-year-old gentleman who has been at the shelter since December and is deaf, but that has yet to stop him.Â
