SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - Vine & Rind in Springfield will hold a grand opening event this weekend.
The full event will run from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday at the restaurant's location on Ginger Creek Drive.
From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Vine & Rind's Facebook said there will be a relaxed, light lunch with a casual wine and cheese shop experience. There will be dips, charcuterie boards and self-serve wine machines with over 20 wines on tap.Â
Then, Saturday night dinner will be from 4:30-10 p.m., featuring options from the full menu. Â
Reservations for the dinner are not required, but strongly encouraged. Those interested can make reservations here.Â
