DECATUR, Ill. (WAND)- Chicago Land Trust Company has purchased two major parcels of land at the former Northgate Mall in Decatur.Â
According to property records the CLTC now owns properties at 2800 N Water in Decatur, which were previously owned by Amerco Real Estate Company.
The sale totaled more than $1,350,000.Â
In recent months there has been discussions of potential relocation of Heritage Behavioral Health Center into the newly purchased property.
Nothing has been officially announced.
