Decatur Man Turns Himself into Police for alleged sexual assault

Decatur- A Decatur man is facing charges of predatory criminal sexual assault. 

Decatur police say James Wills Junior, 34, turned himself in.  Authorities say he turned himself in looking for counseling.  Officers say Wills reported he has been sexually molesting a minor for the past three years. 

Police say Wills Junior gave a very detailed account of the abuse, with the most recent encounter happening Saturday May 25, 2016.
