CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) — A homicide investigation is underway after a person was found dead in Champaign Township Tuesday night.
The Champaign County Sheriff's Office was called to the 1500 block of Dobbins Dr. just before 9 p.m. for a report of a shooting.
They found a person dead at the scene.
The Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death as a homicide.
