I-74 at milepost 190 is completely open in both directions.

ST. JOESPH, Ill. (WAND) — Traffic is down to one lane on Interstate 74 eastbound at milepost 190 after a crash involving three vehicles.
Illinois State Police troopers and other first responders are on the scene. Traffic is only one lane east and westbound in this area.
Officials say this was a personal injury crash with non-life-threatening injuries. They ask drivers to use caution and look for slow-moving or stopped vehicles as traffic is backed up in both directions.
