(WAND) - An opportunity to invest state funds into local communities.Â
At least $50 million in grants is now available for organizations across Illinois from the R-3 program.Â
The funds come from cannabis sales with 25% of tax revenues from sales funding the grants.Â
Applications opened earlier in January.Â
