RANTOUL, Ill. (WAND)- Illinois State Police warns drivers that freezing rain has created a glaze over the road, causing crashes that are blocking the southbound lanes of I-57 at Milepost 250.
ISP said traffic is slowly getting by on the right shoulder, however motorists should use caution and seek an alternate route.
