DANVILLE, Ill. (WAND) -- Working to improve the needs of the community, that is the goal of the new Report It Center in Danville.
The city's GIS staff in the Information Technology Division has been working on the platform for reporting issues like code violations, potholes, damages to parks and other concerns that require help from city departments.
Residents will be able to track reported issues and monitor their resolution status.
When someone reports a pothole, users will be able to see when the city has reviewed the issue and whether it has been addressed.
Officials said, the site aims to help resolve concerns more efficiently.
