History comes to life this weekend at the annual Candlelight Tour at Homestead Prairie Farm, located within the Rock Springs Conservation Area. The event takes place on Saturday, November 8, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., inviting visitors to experience what life was like in 1860s rural Illinois. Guests will be guided through the historic farm by interpreters dressed in period clothing, offering a glimpse into everyday life more than 150 years ago.
