A professional cornhole player who is also a quadruple amputee has waived his right to an extradition hearing in a fatal shooting case. Authorities are seeking Dayton James Webber's extradition from Virginia to Maryland, where he faces charges of fatally shooting a passenger in the front seat of a car he was driving during an argument. Webber, who is in police custody, took part in a court hearing in Charlottesville, Virginia, through a video call, wearing a bright green jumpsuit. Alexander Goodman, Webber’s attorney, declined to comment. It is unclear when Webber will return to Maryland.
