An official in Turkey says that four people have been killed and 20 others wounded after a student opened fire at two classrooms. The shooting on Wednesday was the second such attack in Turkey in two days. A provincial governor said that the student was also killed and was armed with guns believed to belong to his retired police officer father. The governor said that the victims included a teacher. A motive for the attack wasn't immediately known. Images showed at least two people being put into ambulances outside the middle school. On Tuesday 16 people, mostly students, were wounded when a former student opened fire at a high school in nearby Sanliurfa province.
