DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - The Decatur Baseball Club has released its schedule for the inaugural 2026 campaign.Â
The Decatur Convention and Visitors Bureau stated that the yet-to-be-named Decatur team will open the season at home May 26 against the Lafayette Aviators.Â

Decatur's baseball team will play 56 games, split evenly between 28 home games and 28 away games.Â
All home games will be played at Workman Family Baseball Field on Millikin's campus.
Decatur will play a unique day/night, two-stadium doubleheader July 18 against Springfield, with both teams facing off in the Soy City at noon before a nightcap in Springfield at 6:30 p.m., per Decatur CVB.Â
