WILLIAMSVILLE, Ill. (WAND) - For the first time since 2015 and for the 6th time in team history, the Warrensburg-Latham boys basketball team clinched the Williamsville Holiday Tournament championship.
A strong defensive showing lifted the Cardinals to a 44-31 victory over Williamsville. During the run to the championship game, Warrensburg topped Beardstown, IVC, and Dee-Mack en route to the title, where they held teams to an average of 33.7 ppg.
