DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Summer is winding down fast! School is back in session, the weather has cooled, or will cool. Pretty soon, it will actually be Autumn with fall foliage. But let us not get ahead of ourselves.
Sure, a dose of colder weather is headed back into Central Illinois. However, it is still outdoor fair season.

This weekend features cool weather for the El Paso Corn Festival. It will do the same for the Traditional Music Festival in Petersburg. The Arcola Broomcorn Festival will not be able to escape the cooler air, nor will the Fae Folk Art Festival in Springfield. The Williamsville Autumn on the Boulevard will indeed feel like a taste of said season. Meanwhile, Clinton will host the Mum Festival while the Festival of Joy calls Bloomington home this weekend. Â
