DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Summer weather will hang on for two more days before we finally feel some relief from the heat and humidity.
A "Heat Advisory" covers most of Central Illinois through 8 p.m. Monday and we'll have another hot and humid day Tuesday.
Highs both days will be in the low-to-mid-90s, but it'll feel like 100°-110°.
A few showers and storms are possible this evening with better chances tonight and Tuesday.
By Tuesday evening, a cold front passes and it'll drop the humidity levels for the rest of the week.
Highs Wednesday through Friday will be in the mid-to-upper-80s.Â
A secondary front drops in Saturday with a few light showers and a re-inforcing shot of cooler air!
