(WAND) - After a relatively quiet week, it will turn wet and stormy across central Illinois as we head toward Easter.
Showers and a few isolated storms are possible today with windy conditions and highs near 70°.
It'll be rather breezy Friday with highs in the low-80s ahead of a cold front that'll bring some strong to severe storms Friday evening and Friday night.
Moderate to heavy rain, with thunderstorms, is expected Easter weekend with highs in the low-to-mid-60s.
Rainfall amounts could reach several inches.
