DANVILLE, Ill. (WAND) — Multi-platinum country artist Deana Carter will be coming to the Fischer Theatre in Danville in May.
Carter rose to stardom with her debut album "Did I Shave My Legs For This?," which reached 5x multi-platinum status, selling more than 5 million copies in the United States.
"Concert goers can expect an evening of timeless music, storytelling, and an intimate live performance experience at the historic Fischer Theatre," the venue said in a press release. "Fans are encouraged to bring friends and enjoy a night of nostalgia, including the chance to sing along to 'Strawberry Wine.'"
The concert will be on Friday, May 29 at 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale now, with early bird pricing through April 30. The theatre said prices will increase beginning May 1.
