DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Decatur Public Transit reached a significant milestone Thursday afternoon.
DPTS said on Facebook Aug. 21 that it congratulated Kevin Warner as its 500,000th passenger of 2025.
The post said Warner has ridden with DPTS for about 30 years and takes the bus back and forth to his job at McDonald's on Mt. Zion Road.
Warner was gifted with a bus pass for one year and received other DPTS goodies.
