SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - Molina Healthcare of Illinois has teamed up with Springfield Clinic to host "Spring into Wellness," a health and wellness event.Â
The event will take place at two different locations Tuesday.Â
People are encouraged to come for health assessments, flu shots, and physicals being offered on-site at the Mobile Help Center.Â
There will also be free food and community information and a take-home basket of cleaning supplies.Â
A recent survey found over 60 percent of Sangamon County residents reported financial hardships to accessing health care services.Â
The locations for the event will be 401 East Jefferson in Springfield from 10 a.m. to noon and Park Towers Apartments, 405 Williams St. in Springfield from noon to 2 p.m.Â
