DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Happy tails is back! Every Wednesday, WAND will feature animals from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation (DMCASF).
This week, we're featuring Sebastian and Holmes.
Sebastian is a black and white cat who has been at the shelter for over two months, and is sweet, soft and loves to cuddle.
Holmes is a stray cat who came to the shelter earlier this month, is a staff favorite and is very laid back.
