DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Happy Tails is back! Every Wednesday, WAND will feature animals from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation (DMCASF).
This week, we're featuring Wildflower and Bitsy.Â
Wildflower is part husky, has the most gorgeous blue eyes and would be the perfect family dog.
Bitsy is a nine-week-old tabby kitty and is a member of the kitten colony.Â
