DANVILLE, Ill. (WAND) - A 13-year-old girl, 14-year-old girl, and 17-year-old girl were all arrested and charged in connection with the stabbing of a 34-year-old woman in Danville.Â
On March 12 at 3:53 p.m. a Danville police officer on routine patrol in the area of East Main St. and Griffin St. saw multiple people in a fight in the road.Â
The officer tried to break up the fight and saw a woman had been stabbed. She was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.Â
A 13-year-old girl was arrested for Aggravated Assault and Mob Action. A 14-year-old girl was arrested for Aggravated Battery – Great Bodily Harm and Mob Action. A 17-year-old girl was arrested for Aggravated Battery – Deadly Weapon and Mob Action.
