Firefighters were called to the home near S. 17th St. and Marion Ave. just after 5 a.m.

MATTOON, Ill. (WAND) -- No one was hurt after an early morning fire Thursday.

Firefighters were called to the home near S. 17th St. and Marion Ave. just after 5 a.m.

When crews arrived they found fire coming from the first floor of the two story home. 

Fire Chief said, no injuries were reported and the four occupants of the two apartment are now now without a home. 

The fire is still under investigation.
