URBANA, Ill. (WAND) — The city of Urbana and Urbana HOME Consortium announced $1 million in funding available to assist in providing affordable housing, homelessness prevention, and case management services for those experiencing homelessness.
Eligible service areas include:
Supportive services and housing navigation
Affordable housing development
Shelter acquisition/rehab/new construction
Non-profit operating and capacity building support
Public and private nonprofit organizations are eligible to apply through Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 4 p.m.
