BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WAND) — A Clinton man has been arrested by the Bloomington Police Department's Cyber Crimes Unit on nine counts of various child pornography offenses.
David Breeden, 45, was arrested following a report about child sexual abuse material made to the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force by a technology company. BPD said the department found evidence that Breeden was producing child pornography.Â
On Monday, he was arrested by officers from BPD and U.S. Marshals on preliminary charges of child pornography and child pornography involving a victim under 13.
