LINCOLN, Ill. (WAND) — A Sunday evening crash shut down a portion of Interstate 55 near Lincoln, according to the Illinois State Police.
The department said on its Facebook page around 5:30 p.m. Sunday that ISP Troop 6 units were near milepost 124 off of northbound Interstate 55.
The crash had shut down I-55 with ISP diverting traffic at milepost 123 through Lincoln.
No other information was immediately available.Â
