DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) — The Decatur Police Department is investigating a shots fired incident that left one person injured.
Police say officers responded to the 1700 block of East Clay Street after reports of gunfire. Authorities confirmed one person was shot and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators also said a nearby home was struck by gunfire during the incident.
At this time, police have not released any information about a possible suspect, and no arrests have been made.
