FBI, DEA respond for enforcement in Champaign County

CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, Ill. (WAND) - The Federal Bureau of Investigations and Drug Enforcement Agency were in Champaign County Tuesday morning, responding for "court authorized activity."

Agents were called to the Town and Country Apartments in Urbana and Birdie and Fairway Drives in Rantoul. 

The FBI told WAND News the response is involving search warrants. They would not expand on what those search warrants are relating to. 

We are working to learn more information.
